Despite a few negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly understanding and professional, always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. Secondly, the hotel's location is very convenient, being a short 5-minute walk from the nearby metro station, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

Some minor details could be improved, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's close to a metro station, making it so easy to explore the area. Being near the heart of everything is a huge benefit to anyone staying in this hotel. the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay, even beyond regular service hours. the room had everything I needed to feel comfortable, and the bed was lovely to sleep on.

One minor annoyance was the lack of parking spaces for this hotel.

Easter Getaway Had a fantastic Easter getaway! Loved the complimentary welcome drink and the Easter eggs in the room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main station and plenty of restaurants nearby. the shopping mall had everything we needed and more. the room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and lovely view from the balcony.

Improvement Needed there were a few things that could be improved. the breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety.
